Elmer Bernstein's Film Music Notebook war ein amerikanisches Filmmusik-Magazin, das von 1974 bis 1978 erschien. Herausgeber war der Filmkomponist Elmer Bernstein. Im Jahre 2004 brachte die Film Music Society alle Ausgaben des Magazins in einem Hardcover-Buch neu heraus.
